Hardware Repair – $135/hour

Ad Hoc – $150/hour by appointment – onsite visits billed at a minimum of one hour / remote support billed in 15 minute increments

Proactive – $135/hour as part of our support/maintenance package; requires a pre-paid block of hours, and provides priority scheduling as well as other options not available to ad-hoc clients. Contact us for details and more information.

Emergency response rate during normal business hours (4 hour response time) – $300/hour
