MacMD Hours of Operation and Mac Support

MacMD's standard hours of operation are Monday-Friday 8:30am-6:00pm, with weekends by appointment or as needed. After-hours support is available in an emergency - if something comes up after hours, don't hesitate to contact us directly, and we'll do our best to respond and take care of the issue.

During business hours someone will always be reachable by phone and / or email. Response to issues would depend on the severity of the issue and scheduling availability. We take the health of your system, and your needs seriously, and will do our best to respond as quickly as possible.
